15 miles for the week!!

Hey y’all!! 
So if you read last weeks blog you know that a BIG goal of mine this week was to get back to 3.10 miles.... And on Monday morning I CRUSHED that goal!! I ended up having to get in done on the treadmill but that ended up being a GREAT thing!! Last time when I did 3.10 miles on the treadmill it took me 74(1hr 14min)... This time I was able to finish in 66 MINUTES(1hr 6mins!)!!! When I first started I thought oh man I am going to have to stop WAY more times than I normally do.... But that was not the case AT ALL! I only stopped twice!! And the best part was my knee felt GREAT!!! It was definitely the best walkin day I have had in a LONG time!! 


The last couple weeks I have been taking Saturday off.. But this week has been SUPER crazy so a walk was needed this morning to reach my 15 mile goal!! It was a little bit slower than I was hoping for but for a Saturday I will totally take it!! AND thanks to that walk I will end the week with exactly 15 miles!! 







So here we are the end of the week and as of today I am only 32.10 miles from 2,000!! OH and this morning marks exactly FOUR weeks till the FORREST Spence 5K!! I guess you could say this has been a pretty GREAT walkin week!! Now it’s time to give these little legs a rest... But tomorrow it’s back at it!! 2,000 miles I’m coming for ya!!
