I'm back!!

Hey y'all! 
It's been a while since I have blogged and to be honest the break from walking and blogging was much needed! I went to Indiana over the holidays and didn't do any walking at all... And it was the perfect way to recharge!! While I was hanging out in Indiana I told myself that when I got back it was GO TIME for getting back to being 5K ready! 
Well this week I have stuck to that! For the first time in forever I have made sure to get not one but TWO walks in each day AND Friday I made it back over three miles for the day!!! 







Now it has definitely been a HUGE struggle getting back in shape! I have been more tired this week than I have in a LONG time and ibuprofen has definitely been needed... But seeing that I had hit just over 11 miles for the week today made all that worth it! 



I also did another big thing this week... I signed up for my SEVENTH 5K!! And I found my EIGHTH and will be signing up for it this week!! They are actually within in a week of each other which may seem crazy to some but y'all in the past I have always done a "mock" 5K the weekend before my actual 5K... So this will be just like that! 



I am so incredibly excited to see what this year brings for me walking wise... Bring on 2019!!!
