4.55 miles in two days!!

Hey y'all! 
It's been an easy but impressive start to the walking week! Yesterday I started the day with an easy 1.01 miles! This weekend was somewhat rough as I dealt with muscle spasms in my thighs that would come and go but didn't seem to want to just go away! I have dealt with this issue several times in the past but this time seemed to be a little more annoying than normal... But I still managed to make walking happen! Sunday evening I decided to take my walking inside and got in another 1.02 miles... And it actually felt GREAT! Well as great as treadmill walking can feel for me😉





Today my legs were feeling 100x better so I decided to step it up for this mornings walk... And I ended the walk with 1.51 miles!! I did end up getting rained on the last half of my walk... I mean Luke Bryan says "Rain is a good thing" right?! Well sorry to tell you Luke Bryan but rain is NOT a good thing when you are trying to get a walk in... But I made it! 



Tonight I didn't want to push my body too much so I scaled it back and just did a little over a mile. My legs were definitely tired but the walk didn't feel too bad so that was a win! 



So I am starting the week with 4.55 miles... Not too bad! Y’all I am so excited... Becuase we are only 12 days from me walking in my FIFTH 5K!! That is not a sentence I EVER imagined I would ever say!! But here we are!! 



Tomorrow I'm planning on pushing it a little harder than today and yesterday. Hopefully this little body will cooperate.. Stay tuned!
