16.57 miles for the week!

Hey y'all! 
Today has been a HUGE struggle! Last night I was plagued with muscles spasms in my thighs and back that lasted almost half the night! I have had this issue in the past but it hasn't been this bad in quite I while! Even though I was completely exhausted this morning I still wanted to end the week on as strong a note as I could muster! This morning I was able to get in 1.34 miles... Which is a HUGE win today!! 



Tonight I decided to suck it up and go for one last walk for the week... It was definitely a slower walk than I would have liked... But I got it done! I was able to get in another 1.01 miles! 





So I will end the week with 16.57 miles... That is a number I am totally proud of! Now it is time to take some time to rest and relax my sore legs... But Sunday it's back to the grind! As of tomorrow we will be TWO weeks from #5KroundFIVE... And Sunday starts the final push to get this ole body ready for GO TIME!
