18.06 miles for the week!

Hey y'all! 
It's been a pretty great week of walking! I have succeeded in conquering the treadmill 5 mornings in a row this week! I'm still pretty slow on there but being able to do it is all that matters to me because I NEVER thought I could! AND I ended this week back over 18 miles!!! Now that's what I'm talkin about!



We are exactly ONE week from #5Kround3 y'all!! I wanted to continue my tradition of doing a mock/practice 5K this morning... Unfortunately the weather this morning was that great so I will have to move that to tomorrow or Monday! But I was able to get in 2 miles on the treadmill! Now I know your thinking "Why didn't you just do 3.10 on the treadmill?!"... Well first of all the 5K will be outside and I want the practice one to be under the same conditions! Second... I haven't gone that far on the treadmill yet! Maybe some day I will try it... But not today! 



Tonight thankfully there was enough of a window that I could walk outside and get in the last little bit I needed to hit 18... I actually got OVER what I needed! 



Tomorrow starts #5Kweek !!!! It's going to be somewhat of an easy week of walking before the BIG walk on Saturday! 



For now it's time to relax my little legs.... Cause they are TIRED!
