13.51 miles for the week!!
Hey y'all! So if you read my blog last week you know that my goal for this week was to be back at 18 miles.... Unfortunately I didn't crush that goal this week! With spending all day waiting for my new great niece to arrive and then missing my walk the next morning... I was 4 1/2 miles short😞 But getting to be apart of that experience with my niece makes missing my goal for this week ok. I WILL hit 18 miles this week! 


I have a 2 mile walk on 4th of July that I am participating in... So the last couple mornings have been preparing for that! I got in a HOT 2 miles yesterday morning! My walking app timer froze so unfortunately I didn't get a accurate time... But I still got in 2 miles so that is all that matters!
Yesterday evening I took it easy and just did one mile... But it was an AWESOME mile! The last couple days of walking have been some of the best I have had! I have hit mile times UNDER 18 minutes 3 days in a row!! And yesterday evening I got under 17 minutes!! I have worked so hard the past year and a half trying to get my mile time down with no real luck... Until this week!!
This week is going to be a somewhat BIG week with the 2 miler I am walking in and a goal to hit 18 miles by Saturday... Stay Tuned to see how it goes!
