Trying to get my walkin back to normal
Hey y’all! 
This week has been a struggle with my hips and trying to get my walking back up to where it was... I’m definitely not there yet but I can definitely say today is the best I have felt in two weeks!
Yesterday I walked just over 2 miles for the first time in at least a week and a half! So today I decided it was going to be an easy day. This morning I walked over to my sisters house to watch my nieces and got in .53 miles!! I know that isn’t big miles but I was so happy with how I felt that it didn’t matter! 
After I was done babysitting I headed back to my parents and got in another .50 miles!!! So all together I got in 1.03 miles... Like I said not big miles but my hips don’t feel all that bad so I am one happy girl!! 
My goal for the upcoming week is to get back as close to 3.10 miles as possible... Stay Tuned!
