Getting back to 2.50 miles... Harder than I thought!
Hey y’all! So last night I told myself I was going to do 2.50 miles this morning... Well that turned out to be WAY more difficult than I thought it would be! I mean I was walking 2.50 almost every day! But with all the down time I have had my body REALLY struggled! I had to stop more times than I want to admit and I actually cut the workout short because my body was just getting too tired! BUT I did make it over 2 miles for the first time since Christmas Eve... So that was a MAJOR win to me 

Tonight was an even bigger struggle! Again I had PLANNED to get in 1.50 miles.... But my body just wasn’t having it! I only made it 1.20 miles😞😞😞 Which is SO stinkin frustrating!
I just have to keep telling myself that my body is not only trying to get it’s stamina back up, it’s also still trying to fight a sinus infection! I am going to try and not be hard on myself the next couple days(That will be easier said than done!) and hopefully that will help me get back to where I want to be... Which is hitting 3.10 easily... Well somewhat easily😉
