Everybody needs a day to recharge once in a while

Hey y’all! 
So when I woke up this morning I was feeling ROUGH! My hips were stiff and sore, my back was sore and my thighs felt like they were on fire! If that wasn’t enough to tell me I just needed a break... when I looked at the weather we were suppose to have high winds all day! I have walked in windy weather the last couple days and with it being cold it makes for a MISERABLE walk! So I reluctantly made the decision to take the day and just rest my body. Y’all I felt terrible about this decision all morning! Like if I didn’t walk I was letting people down! But that’s not true! EVERYONE needs a day once in a while to just relax and let their body recharge! So I shouldn’t feel bad just for giving myself time to do just that! I mean I have already walked 10.56 miles so far this week! 
So I am no longer letting myself feel bad for not walking! Instead I am enjoying just relaxing and letting myself recharge... But tomorrow it’s back on with my second 3.10 miler of the week!
