Some days are just a struggle...

Hey y’all!
So today has definitely not been the best walking day... My body has been fighting me HARD today! This morning I had to go back to the house halfway thru because I was having such bad belly cramps! But I let my belly settle and went back out and finished what I could and ended up with 2.00 miles! Less than what I was shootin for but I will take it! 

Tonight was not near as bad... Thank the lord! My body was tired but not hurting or cramping... I got in my whole workout this time and ended with 1.52 miles!!! 

So 3.52 miles for the day... With how I felt all day I will take that as a win! Here it is Wednesday and I am at 12.09 miles for the week. 


A little less then I wanted but I am still happy with it! Now it’s time to put on some comfy clothes and just relax! I think my body needs it today! Night y’all!
