Some days you just have to suck it up and get it done!
Hey Y'all! So here is something I'm sure some can relate to... the days where you have to push yourself to do ANYTHING cause your body is not cooperating... Well today is that day for me! I woke up in a good mood but could not for the life of me get motivated to go walk or even get dressed! I finally made myself go and for the first Mile or so I was sluggish! Like snail pace... well at least it felt like it was that slow! But then I thought to myself "This is not ok! Step it up woman! You got a 5K to get ready for!" That little pep talk helped and I did 3.12 miles in just over an hour! My 3 miles time was actually UNDER an hour!
So if your having one of those days and can't get motivated... Don't feel bad we all have them! Those are the days for me that I just have to tell myself "Suck it up and get stuff done!"... and that's what I did and attend to keep doing! #Mondaymotivation #WalkinwithKelley #Roughmorning #SpinaBifidalife
