Some nights your body is just not having it!!

Hey Y'all!!
 I was SUPER excited this morning... I hit 3 miles for a second morning in a row!!! I did fall on my caboose(Wet grass and Kelley don't mix🙈) but I made it thru!! 
THEN I got to time for this evenings walk... and Y'all my body is having NONE of it tonight! I'm sure athletes go thru days where their body is giving me all sorts of issues(Not that I am in anyway an athlete!) But my body is just not going to allow it tonight! I always feel like I am letting people down by not being able to go walk! And I had to take last night off to so it made me feel like even more of a failure! I don't know why I feel that way! I'm not a bad person for listening to my body right?! But anyway tonight is definitely not a walking night for me!! Thankfully I am only 5.65 miles from 20... and God willing I can most DEFINITELY hit that by Saturday night! #WalkinwithKelley
