Back at 18 miles for the week!
Hey y'all! It's been a pretty great week of walking! The week started out somewhat slow but got a BIG boost on Wednesday... When I was able to get back to 3.10 miles for the first time since The Bad Dog 5K in April!! It was definitely not an easy 3.12 miles! My body is just trying to adjust to walking in the Mississippi heat again and so I definitely had to stop and take a rest a few more times then I would have liked... But I made it thru!! Getting back over 3.10 miles was definitely the boost I needed to hit my second big goal for the week... Getting back to 18 miles!! Lately I have been taking Saturday off completely but I knew if I did that I would be 1.05 miles shy of 18! So I sucked it up this morning got up and get in that last 1.05 miles I needed to hit 18!! Actually I was able to get in 1.07 miles but I mean who's counting😉! With this mornings walk I will end up with 18.02 miles for the week!! After hitting 18.02 miles for the week I am now only 147.90 miles fro...
